Get a grip. Your reliance on your parents and friends for emotional support is also probably what's kept you in such a sorry state.

I'm trying to help you man. I'm not being mean. Your parents are probably your enablers. How can a man understand himself if he's never been forced to strike it on his own? There's a real sense of accomplishment and freedom that comes after you get into the swing of how to survive without relying on anyone else.

Maybe because i'm not prepared to live on My own or maybe I don't want to because My parents give me emotional support and without there help I wouldnt know what to do.

It's very normal to feel that way. You'll survive though. And as I said, once you get into the swing of things you'll gain a priceless new perspective. You don't have to lose anything either. Your family will always be there. Just refuse to go back to them out of weakness. Take a break from their emotional support until you've learned that everything you need in that arena can come from within.
