I have been through most of puberty and my skin was horrendous, i tried probably every single product and technique on this earth for prolonged periods so i can officially say i am pretty experienced on the subject.

(AVOID CERAVE AT ALL COSTS, IT'S SHIT AND CAN ONLY RUIN YOU)

📖 BASICS:
1) If you still haven't fixed your gut health, it's over, i know most people know this, but for the greycels like me; the gut is the most important part of making your skin GLOW. If you're still eating shitty processed foods, even once a week, dnrd, fix your actual health before applying anything.
2) Wash your hands after EVERY step, you don't want to mix products or worse; apply bacteria to you face.
3) Use a clean seperate towel dedicated to your face only.
4) Be aware that HOT water opens pores, and COLD water tightens them temporarily, so only use hot water when applying skincare.

☀️ MORNING:
- CLEANSE: Rub a spoonful of cleanser in your hands for 20 seconds and apply it on a WARM damp face, leave it on for about 1 minute then wash it off with hot water.
- VITAMIN C (optional): This can help brighten your skin up for the day and can slowly improve it.
- MOISTURIZER: Put a toothpaste amount of moisturizer that you will gently run from your face to your neck.
- SUNSCREEN: Probably the most important part, the sun ages you like crazy, so make sure to apply a thick layer of sunscreen, but not too much not to look like you've been dipped in pure shiny oil.

🌑 NIGHT:
- CLEANSE: Same thing as before.
- RETINAL: A superior alternative to retinol, retinAl works 11x faster and is way less irritating, it prevents fine lines and hyperpigmentation as well as tightening pores, leave it on overnight and wash it off in the morning.
- MOISTURIZER: Same dose as in the morning (although you could split it in two and apply some before retinal to avoid skin dryness).

⭕ ACNE PROBLEMS:
- If you really have cystic acne despite all this, i would advise hopping on accutane, 10 mg at nigh every day for 2 months then make it 5 until it clears up.
- DO NOT USE ANY FACIAL CREAM, i got prescribed every single cream possible, all they do is break you out and eventually completely dry out your skin which made me look like a dead grape for more than 4 months.
- If you have acne scars remaining after all this, go get laser, it's not that expensive.

✅ PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS:
MOISTURIZER
: La rosée - moisturizing cream (best moisturizer i used so far)
CLEANSER: La Roche Posay - cleanser (calm overall)
RETINAL: KSECRET - SEOUL 1988 Serum
VITAMIN C: - any will do -
SUNSCREEN: La rosée - sunscreen SPF 50 (ideally SPF 50+)
