Orbital rims implants. my under eyes support is so disgusting. It's because my orbital rims are recessed af and my lower maxilla is forward grown it's weird. Anybody else has a similar issue? I truly believe orbital rims implants and losing body fat would ascend me.

With Infra implants you will have a mimiced bone on that hollowness, but the dark circles will not disappear for that you need fillers or fat

Those implants rarely end up giving good results and it’s very hard to make the implants (to make it look natural), just search infraorbital rim implants on looksmax and you will see many threads saying how fat injections and lower lid retraction are way better for seeing results
