I need to save up for surgeries so can't go uni.
I can get an apprenticeship which Is a great solution long term but the pay is shit in the short term. (Significantly less than mcdonalds)
The military will pay me a good salary(£25,000) basically the same as minimum wage but you basically get free accommodation(£70 a month for your own room compared to £1000 a month privately)
I just need find a role with good exit opportunities.
The only problem is I'm not sure about if you're allowed to get surgeries. You are allowed in the American military but couldn't find any thing about British one.

I could just stay at home. But I dont want to be 24 still living with my parents. Also makes it harder to hide surgeries

What kind of surgery you have in mind?

Jaw and chin implants. Also composite bonding but that's just standard dental work so I don't think they will care much. I saw some people say they might allow implants some say they dont
