Through my personal experiences i genuinely believe this. Its not cruel because girls are actually happier when your manipulating them, if its making them happy then you cant say its bad.

Anyways im pretty sure most guys and lover boys eventually realise that you cant maintain a womans long term interest unless you learn how to constantly be her best option in terms of looks first ofc, but also its super important and underrated to be unpredictable, signal PRESELECTION, lie to her to make yourself seem more competent and interesting, never show weakness or be emotional, learn how to make her jealous and fearful of cheating etc. they need that feeling that you have options but your choosing to be with them. The moment you settle fully and comfortably, thats the only time they have the comfortable space to think about other guys and cheating

I think this only really applys to western foids and thats because they already have tons of guys on their snap and instagram, you have to basically compete with them and the only way to do that while also not having to do some weird shit is by becoming as good looking as possible, tho it might not be enough in the end
