I've been researching online and I found out that you cannot lose body fat in particular body part which means that if you want to face fat you need to be slim everywhere so you need to have a good diet caught out all the sugar and do the workouts like martial arts lifting weights or just doing simple cardio training the 8 kilometers
So you cannot lose face fat if you are not slim everywhere that's the only way to reduce face fat. Even though let's say you lost weight in your face is still kind of let's say chubby so you have a lot of facial exercises that you can do and you have a lot of techniques which includes massaging your face pulling all of that and those bad things away from your face which you can use your hands to massage your face and within few months your face should be looking way better and slimmer
The diet is the hardest part of everything because you have to train and you have to be in some kind of calorie deficit which is super hard. the strictest calorie deficit that you can go for is 1500 calories a day but let's say that you're doing martial arts or boxing so if you're doing those sports you have to maintain 2,000 calories or 2200 calories a day. because in one boxing training your body is burning 800 calories. If you can control what you eat then you can control everything else about your life and it's gonna be way easier to change because being careful on what you eat as the hardest part of everything.
