If you're a guy and you don't have the genetics, IT'S OVER. Surgerymaxxing doesn't really work that well for guys, but for girls on the other hand, you can makeupmaxx and surgerymaxxing is more than 10 times as effective and cheap for girls.
Just look at the surgery and makeup transformations for women. I also recently came across BBL (brazilian buttock lift) and holy fuck it's legit (search it up on google images and youtube). I thought all of this stuff was just fake implants that looked and felt unnatural. Apparently this shit is 100% real in terms of look and feeling. You literally won't be able to tell it's fake even after playing with it. They do fat grafting, slim down your waist and stomach, increase the width of your hips and the size of your ass, giving you an hourglass figure.
Paying for a girl's surgeries is the only way people will turn their heads when they see you and your girl and think how the fuck that relationship is possible. Otherwise you'll have to settle with a girl that's 2 points below you. Obviously if your girl surgerymaxxes her svm will increase and she will cheat, that's the only problem.
