1) Lack of general angularity in the lower third. Your hyoid needs to be tighter.

2) Nasofrontal angle is too obtuse. You have a weak brow that lacks dimorphism

Look at the angle... looks like shit

3) Weak lateral orbital rims

No sharpness. There appears to be 0 dimorphism in your brow region and eye area

4) Bad supraorbital insertion. We can see a ton of upper eyelid exposure just from ur profile pic. It's over for you.

5) You have an average lower mandible length... even below average. The labiomental angle is also not ideal.

5) Lack of posterior facial depth.

Your face as a whole lacks projection from your skull. That's why u don't have the square shape like pic below. U have very average facial depth.

6) Shitty facial convexity.

Everything should be line... from pogonion (chin), to midface and to the glabella. Your midface lacks projection, otherwise it would be line with ur mediocre lower third.

From the side i dont recommand any surgery, you have good projection, good nose.

Only ur chin is slightly recessed. But that doesnt matter if from front chin ratio is good

Genio can fuck ur front if done badly so better be safe.

If your lower third is small from front then yes genio can help
