if i want to expand my palate. is there a way to do it without expanding my cheekbones. i read another one of your comment somewhere you said if face is asymmetric MSE will make it worst. my face is very asymmetric so i don't feel like risking it. my cheekbones are decent anyways. if possible i still want to face pull for forward growth but i don't really care that much. what should i do man

yes u can get the DOME procedure which is a lefort 1 cut then mse expansion. You shouldn’t get this procedure done if you want essential forward growth though, because it’s practically the same as lefort 1 surgery; lower maxilla displacement when combined with DOME+MSE+FM except with the dedication and inconvenience of the FM everyday if u know what I’m saying.
