The Peptide Guide
While there are many posts on peptides, so many people are uneducated on this topic, resorting to shitty protocols that while do more bad than good.
For the goal of increasing height velocity without reducing the period in which you grow, peptides can be very useful, not just as an alternative to pinning HGH, but as a option even more accessible and viable.
The Aim:
We aim to create spikes in GH production, as the body naturally releases it in pulses, with the most significant pulses happening during sleep. If we can make these pulses of growth hormone more pronounced, rather than a constant release of growth hormone, (in which would nuke our natural production and the body would not be able to use efficiently) we can essentially amplify our bodies rhythm, increasing plasma gh levels up to 2-10 fold.
GHRH
Natural Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) is produced in the hypothalamus. The main role of this is to stimulate the pituitary gland to release HGH into the bloodstream.
Periodically taking GHRH analogs can cause our body to create more bleeds of GH, furthermore increasing growth hormone production.
CJC 1295:
CJC -1295 is a GHRH analog and a commonly used one. The mechanism of action of this substance is it binds to the GHRH receptors on the pituitary gland, causing it to release GHRH, releasing GH
CJC-1295 is shown to extend the half-life and bioavalivlility of this GHRH, making it a very potent tool.
CJC-1295 comes in two forms, with and without DAC
DAC is short for drug affinity complex, where it increases the half life of the substance substantially.
CJC-1295 without dac has a half life of 30 minutes, wheres with dac has a half life of 7-10 days
While CJC-1295 with DAC is more convienient, consisntant adminsitration of CJC-1295 without DAC is shown to be more effective in promoting the sought after bleeds of gh.
GHRP:
Growth Horomone Releasing Peptides will allow us to amplify the bleeds produced by the GHRH analog, therefore giving us a exponentially larger amount of GH
Theres 4 generations of peptides, most of them being GHRPs.
1st Generation: GHRP-6
Among the first released peptides
GHRP-6 stimulates GH a decent amount , but increases coritsol, prolactin and ghrelin a large amount
2nd Generation : GHRP-2
Much more potenent then the former, and less appetite stiumlation and reduced side effects
still used among some forum members stacks
3rd Generation: Ipamorelin
Ipamorelin is the most comfertable of the options
while it faces slightly less gh production than ghrp-2 and generation 4 GHRPs', but they face little to no side effects, with minimal coritsol production.
4th generation: Hexarelin
The most potent on the list, Hexarelin is less selective in gh, but is very potent, with reduced side effects but due to the potency the sides are higher than ipa.
Example Method:
8 week cycle 4 weeks off
pre-workout OR morning
CJC-1295 200 mcg
hexarelin 200 mcg
post-workout OR miday
CJC-1295 200 mcg
hexarelin 200 mcg
evening
CJC-1295 200 mcg
hexarelin 200 mcg
Conslusion:
Stop being retarded and taking ghrp-6 and mk-677 im begging you
the stack above is obviously just these peptides and would be much better with other stuff
This is water but i couldnt think of another guide i could make lemme know if anyone wants to know abt something
first big post pls rep thanks
this was highkey of the top of my head so sorry if i got some info wrong im gonna cite like 3 studies
TLDR:
take cjc and hexa and stop being retarded
interesting studies:
Prolonged stimulation of growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factor I secretion by CJC-1295, a long-acting analog of GH-releasing hormone, in healthy adults - PubMed
Subcutaneous administration of CJC-1295 resulted in sustained, dose-dependent increases in GH and IGF-I levels in healthy adults and was safe and relatively well tolerated, particularly at doses of 30 or 60 microg/kg. There was evidence of a cumulative effect after multiple doses. These data...

Pulsatile secretion of growth hormone (GH) persists during continuous stimulation by CJC-1295, a long-acting GH-releasing hormone analog - PubMed
CJC-1295 increased trough and mean GH secretion and IGF-I production with preserved GH pulsatility. The marked enhancement of trough GH levels by continuous GHRH stimulation implicates the importance of this effect on increasing IGF-I. Long-acting GHRH preparations may have clinical utility in...

The effects of GH-releasing peptide-6 (GHRP-6) and GHRP-2 on intracellular adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate (cAMP) levels and GH secretion in ovine and rat somatotrophs - PubMed
The mechanism of action of GH-releasing peptide-6 (GHRP-6) and GHRP-2 on GH release was investigated in ovine and rat pituitary cells in vitro. In partially purified sheep somatotrophs, GHRP-2 and GH-releasing factor (GRF) increased intracellular cyclic AMP (cAMP) concentrations and caused GH...

Growth hormone-releasing peptides - PubMed
Growth hormone-releasing peptides (GHRPs) are synthetic, non-natural peptides endowed with potent stimulatory effects on somatotrope secretion in animals and humans. They have no structural homology with GHRH and act via specific receptors present either at the pituitary or the hypothalamic...

GH and cortisol rebound rise during and following a somatostatin infusion: studies in dogs with the use of a GH-releasing peptide - PubMed
GH-releasing peptides (GHRPs), a class of small synthetic peptide and non-peptide compounds, act on specific receptors at both the pituitary and the hypothalamic level to stimulate GH release in both humans and other animals. GHRPs, like corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH), also possess acute...
