actually i changed my mindnigga, you can still eat high carbs and stay lean. i eat over 100g carbs and my face is lean rn. its a meme, @karbo got me off that shit. just stay 2300 mg of sodium max a day. lots of sodium will make u bloated. low carb was not fucking worth it, i felt like i wanted to die

i need to do low carbs cause of IBDKeto isn't no carb, it's low carb. Usually between 20-50g per day. Also the best diet for you depends on your genetics
My diet is aspie and over the top thojfl i stay below 200 tbh
