Normies are laughably ignorant about proportions.
Just recently in this site, I posted that my interpupillary distance is 55.5 mm and the average IPD is 65 mm. A member replied—
“Bro. your eye distance is literally only 18% smaller than average.”
His post contained an autism GIF attachment. He was laughing at me, but I was frustrated because his response is dumb as fuck. 18% smaller than average is horrible. It’s astounding that normies can’t visualize what that looks like.
Perhaps it’d make more sense to him when he realizes that 5'7" manlets are only 7% shorter than 6'0" men.
That ain’t the first time I shook my head at normies in that way. A different time, I mentioned midface ratio when talking to a different normie. I used myself as an example of a guy who has bad MFR. I said that my MFR is 0.83 and said that the ideal midface ratio is about 1.0. That guy laughed and said that my ratio is almost ideal. His reaction pissed me off. How can someone fail to comprehend the enormous difference between 0.83 and 1.0 midface ratios?
