taking insulin inhibits igf1 transcription in the liver through promoting socs3 so its probably not smart to take insulin and hgh at the same time,

however the benefits of insulin are that they increase igf1 receptor sensitivity density and overal increase bioavilible igf1 by so much

i think the only way to benefit from insulin in my opinion is taking igf1 or igf1 lr3 as the transcription process is skipped and u only gain the benefits.
