Every other thread is a greycel with an 8:1 post to rep ratio asking “muh tell me how to get taller” or “muh ell me how start hgh” or the most common one “tell me how to stop my gf from cheating on me w/ @Ghost Philosophy” or “tell me…” STFU

Istg these low iq tiktokcels genuinely cannot have a single thought for themselves, but there is a psychological reason behind this. In literature it is known as cognitive closure.

In psych terms it’s usually called the need for cognitive closure, aka a strong motivation to get a clear, definite answer and escape the discomfort of not knowing / being a retard. Basically everyone is high in this trait + its been amplified by tiktok / online spaces -> people are becoming more retarded and thinking less for themselves. This causes everyone (in our example the greycels) to hate ambiguity and not having “the answer” actually feels aversive, so their little peanut brain doesn't aim for the best and logical conclusion, it aims to end uncertainty as fast as possible.

So next time you see a greycel asking for advice instead of taking 5 seconds to go to the BOTB section, you will know why they are such a retard
