It appears to be Armenid and Caspid with an Iranid influence

As seen in the image below, the noble in the middle, a gholam of Armenian origin, exhibits these traits in order to differentiate him from the ordinary soldiers. His appearance is representative of his high class and prestige.
Female examples display rounder and fuller head shapes, indicating femininity
Overall, I would identify these late Safavid and early Qajar portraits as displaying a phenotype reflective of their mixed ancestry; a conglomeration of Azerbaijani, Persian, Armenian, Kurdish, Circassian, and Pontic Greek elements.
I think the Qajar phenotype is best described as primarily Taurid with Irano-Afghan and, to a lesser extent, Turanid influence.
