Allah compares the wordly life to plant senescene/plant growth, A plant grows and appears beautiful to those who observe it (i.e people will like you!), but it eventually becomes less important as it ages (people will turn to more beautiful plants and forget you) and dies in irrelevancy. Recently, we have seen examples of very famous and celebrated people being forgotten in less than three weeks. Take, for example, the Queen Elizabeth or Twomad, Alain Delon.

Or do they envy (yaḥsudūna) the people for Allah’s bounties? Indeed, We have given the descendants of Abraham the Book and wisdom, along with great authority. 4:56

To try or to prove someone, to mediate, to wish or desire.

God tells us that we cannot be jealous at all, in our desperate copium desires, or hold grudges to those who have superior environments/genetics (Like the family of Abraham in 4:56). If a 6’5” guy marries a 5’3” foid and the son comes out short, is it the conscious decisions of your parents, or God who just designed you based off that blueprint? If people who have low prenatal T decide to have kids, or no knowledge on the importance of organ meat, dairy for physical development, who’s to blame?
Now for the important question: Is surgery forbidden per the Quran
It is NOT HARAM to restore Allah’s creation to what it was initially.
Indeed, God does not pardon that anything should be associated with Him, but He pardons all besides that, for whom He wills. And whoever associates with God anything has indeed strayed a far straying./ They are calling on females besides Him. Indeed, they are only calling on a persistent devil./ God has rejected him; and he had said, “I will take from Your servants a sizeable portion.”/ “And I will misguide them and make them desire, and I will command them, so that they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them to change God’s creation”; and whoever takes the devil as a master besides God, then he has indeed lost a clear loss. 4:116-119

So direct your face toward the religion, inclining to truth. [Adhere to] the fitrah ( of Allah upon which He has created [all] people. No change should there be in the creation of Allah . (Quran 30:30)

In 4:119, changing this nature means “following Satan by going against fitrah”. The word used in this verse to mean change is “gayyara”. It is used in 2 more verses 8:53, and 13:11. Both verses say that Allah doesn’t change man's condition until he changes his inner self. Thus, this word is used in the Quran in the non-physical sense. It is used for men’s inner self.
Man’s innerself: for example becoming a transgenfer goes against one’s Godgiven innerself
