A lot of people in here like to say that DHT is the main cause of balding.
And that it's genetics ( which is true ) but...
have you ever noticed why some men bald as early as their late teens ?!
like they literally bald at 17 maybe even earlier and WHY its suprisingly common nowadays.
so here is why :

  1. Habits​
One thing i noticed about guys who bald early in life is that they look super unhealthy and tired , here are some examples :

-Thin eyebrows ( Low t and poor thyroid function )​
-Stressed eyes ( not genetics )​
-Thin Neck ( low t )​

  • this guys is balding at 17!!
  • you can clearly see that he looks unhealthy just from this forehead ( might be bad lighting)
So, what could contribute to such results ? well here :
-Stressing ( everyone knows that )
-No Sugar , Carbs in your body => Low Glucose quantity in your body fucks up your thyroid function because there is a high correlation between thyroid and blood levels , also Too much sugar and carbs can cause hyperglycaemia which has similar effects . so eat in moderation and listen to your body
-Too much alcohol ( fucks up your liver )
-High Chronic Serotonin => not 100% sure but its effects are 90% similar to those of chronic disease ( which is the most common cause of early hair loss ) , mainly what causes this are drugs , medications or addictions

2. Genetics​
Everyone knows that genetics play a huge role in Baldness so all i will say here is if you got bad genes there is nothing you can do

Solutions:
(note that not all of them 100% work , it depends on your body's needs and situation)
  1. Sunmaxxing ( sun is good for you )​
  2. Minimize Work or School stress​
  3. Eat a moderately high fat , high calories , high sugar diet​
  4. Try Coffee ?? ( not 100% sure but i red that caffeine is good for hormones and stuff )
  5. Minimize medications that are unnecessary
  6. Collagenmaxxing ( natural collagen )
  7. Try stuff that make you real happy ( increases good serotonin )
*Note : i might have some errors here , feel free to correct me on anything

tbh i dont trust any medication that plays with your hormones , because a simple change in 1 hormone can lead to a lot of changes in your body

tbh i dont trust any medication that plays with your hormones , because a simple change in 1 hormone can lead to a lot of changes in your body
good mindset although not always true, its possible to alter hormones in a beneficial way but thats so complicated, youll have to devote some part of your life to learn it

idk i've never looked into the side effects of it , but from what i've seen online i think it's pretty good

Stress triggers Telogen Effluvium and if you have MBP you will either speed it up or trigger it prematurely.

if you are prone to balding you will be bald no matter what you do have a good diet and sleep and all of that is okay but woudnt made a big difference

reducing stress, cortisol, having a better diet, etc will just postpone your balding, not stop it

All this cope, most men’s hair follicles are sensitive to DHT and that causes baldness, it can even trigger in late teens - early twenties and only solution is Finasteride and Dutasteride, Hair is very important but we can’t lie Men go bald due to how sensitive they are to DHT type II Isoenezyme

Ngl it will only progressively get worse if left Untreated only way to halt it is Finasteride and Dutasteride

they would say its bc of his previous diet and if he was a carnivore since the beginning he wouldnt be bald

also i noticed most people that are into the carnivore diet were vegan before , Sv3rige for example

i'd rather not bald at all, legit would consider killing myself if i end up bald, my point is, if you're genetically prone to balding, you'll go bald (except if treated), and most of those things, while able to speed up the balding process, i doubt its by a large margin. so id say 90% genetics 10% habits. as a man you should always prevent and treat hair loss, doesnt matter if you're prone to balding or not or if you have shitty or good habits, better safe than sorry, ykwim?
