A lot of people in here like to say that DHT is the main cause of balding.
And that it's genetics ( which is true ) but...
have you ever noticed why some men bald as early as their late teens ?!
like they literally bald at 17 maybe even earlier and WHY its suprisingly common nowadays.
so here is why :

- Habits

-Thin eyebrows ( Low t and poor thyroid function )
-Stressed eyes ( not genetics )
-Thin Neck ( low t )

- this guys is balding at 17!!
- you can clearly see that he looks unhealthy just from this forehead ( might be bad lighting)
-Stressing ( everyone knows that )
-No Sugar , Carbs in your body => Low Glucose quantity in your body fucks up your thyroid function because there is a high correlation between thyroid and blood levels , also Too much sugar and carbs can cause hyperglycaemia which has similar effects . so eat in moderation and listen to your body
-Too much alcohol ( fucks up your liver )
-High Chronic Serotonin => not 100% sure but its effects are 90% similar to those of chronic disease ( which is the most common cause of early hair loss ) , mainly what causes this are drugs , medications or addictions
2. Genetics
Everyone knows that genetics play a huge role in Baldness so all i will say here is if you got bad genes there is nothing you can doSolutions:

- Sunmaxxing ( sun is good for you )
- Minimize Work or School stress
- Eat a moderately high fat , high calories , high sugar diet
- Try Coffee ?? ( not 100% sure but i red that caffeine is good for hormones and stuff )
- Minimize medications that are unnecessary
- Collagenmaxxing ( natural collagen )
- Try stuff that make you real happy ( increases good serotonin )
