Basically every entry lvl job requires you to work with customers where as an employer does not want to hire someone unattractive for that job unless you fit some diversity requirement, also me having very little job experience so In the end there is no way for me to get a job because the employer will always prioritize younger, better looking people, people with more experience and minorities over me

I'm not unhygienic
They do care about looks though, subconsciously it's basic lookism, the halo effect, even more so for jobs where interact with people, but sure very little for jobs where you rarely/don't interact with customers.
