The reason I refuse to work out / why I wanna get skinnier

As a 5’10, 130lb cel, here are my reasons and justifications.

1. Face is everything. As for my height I cannot do much to change it. I’m 19 and likely done growing. No amount of steroids / peptides will change my height. As far as my looks go all I can change is my face.

2. After chronically smoking weed for a few years I’ve become hyper critical about everything. Lots of things make me cringe very easily. One of them being gymcelling. Most of the friends I’ve made her are gymcellers so this isn’t a diss to them. For me personally, I’m fine with being skinny and looking like a victim. I just can’t fathom gymcelling all for a FOID who’s probably had multiple bodies. Not putting in hours of work just for some used up foid. I genuinely respect people who can put in the work to gymcel, it requires much discipline that I don’t have.

My goal is to get to around 120lb soon

5(face) 3(height) 2(frame) score out of 10

A 6'1 MTN with 21 inch bidelt will have same IRL appeal as a 5'10 HTN with 18" bidelt

Nobody is asking to you to be a gym autist but u need to be able to bench 225, squat 50, pull up 20, run 3 miles at least

Also be flexible enough so u dont have any injuries

These are basic longevity tests

Being fit and being able to use your body when needed is also basically a life saver

Nobody is asking to you to be a gym autist but u need to be able to bench 225, squat 50, pull up 20, run 3 miles at least

Also be flexible enough so u dont have any injuries

These are basic longevity tests

Being fit and being able to use your body when needed is also basically a life saver

130 is kinda low, don't you think.

But yeah, you don't need to build much muscle, just don't be overweight.

Overall SMV calculation is different in India

Even if I go by looks, I'm not even a Chadlite
Brah India is subhuman land, barely any comp in terms of looks there

U are easily low chadlite in India.

But then again my dating pool is middle class and up people not slum dwellers
 
Just do lots of walking and some basic calisthenics. No one goes gym in 26.

had the same arc, now im on cycle though and gaining muscle, having like 20lbs of muscle mogs, but maybe it will take u some time to realize that,

122lbs or something, im at 135lbs, lean sub15% bf, im 176cm. I plan to be 140-145lbs. I feel like when u past going that even if ur lean it will be visible on ur face even for my height, idk bro if its the muscle mass, the dieting, or the SARM im running but my face is literally looking leaner in photos, I make sure i have super visible abs when bulking or i go on a cut and im avoiding fats and sugars like its the plauge.

How is this nigga 120 lbs. I was his weight in 7th-8th grade. His skeletons must be made up of paper
