Whites and northeast Asians need to be 'racist' in order to preserve their race, blacks and browns don't.

Black/brown traits are dominant, not only in terms of skin color, but eye/hair color as well. If a black mixes with a blue-eyed, blonde-haired white, those latter features become recessive.

Anyway, all this is subconscious hardwiring. It's not something people actually think about or are aware of.
