tbh the easiest way for young men to be in such an environment where opportunities and luck prevents itself is to go to a uni (and also stay in a dorm, do not commune, very important), and study some humanities course, you’ll be surrounded by hopefully mentally sane and normal girls, join clubs, events, study in the library, at your dorm building make friends etc…
being surrounded by people who are in the same situation as you (in this case same uni, same course and stuff) is such a free and simple way to connect with people and make friends
