Then there is also the fact that surgery isn't even useful if you are suffering from things like low height or bad frame.

This isn't even mentioning that female hyper-selectiveness is getting so bad it's questionable if a surgery would even make any difference. If your genetic qualities are bad enough women ignore you right now, a surgery will not help you. Only top tier men will be successful. Then there is another thing to consider: Children. If you get married or choose to have children with a foid that likes you (just lol if you are stupid enough to do this) and then the children end up ugly then the foid could sue you for false advertising. Or even statuary rape. Yes, I said statuary rape. There are now some countries where they can actually do this 100% srs.
