It’s a simple andwer, shit education system, white and asian people are higher intelligence because they recieve better education, if you put a white person to be raised in Afghanistan he’d most likely going to have intelligence on par with the Afghani people, if you put an Afghani person in any white country (Let’s say for this instance, Britain.) He would most likely have similar intelligence to the British people over there.
This is the same for Black people, sure they would still be violent and loud, but they are smarter than Africans in Africa.
