Most employers are men, men (especially those who are older) prefer to employ younger women for obvious reasons, even if these women weren't that attractive, it doesn't matter as these older men basically subconsciously value younger women. Ask a woman that you know if their older managers or employers were ever a bit too personal with them despite the age gap, 9/10 times they will say yes
With now men and female employers, this dynamic changes, female employers are less likely to give bias just cuz you are more youthful, A male who is being employed will only get this bias if they were good-looking, and even so, the employer HAS to be a female or a gay man for this bias to occur. Meanwhile, older men subconsciously fetishize youthful women, leading to higher rates of employment bias in their dynamic.
The best way to describe this is imagine you're employer was fucking Leonardo DiCaprio.
I mean, if you were an employer would you hire a bunch of sub5s men or would you hire a collagen maxxed htb, even in normal people who aren't overly creepy this is still ingrained in their brains. Furthermore, most basic job positions are severely cucked, like cafe baristas and shit, what high T man would work in a cafe/
And for the people who are thinking "not everyone get's to the interview stage", mfer the employer can tell if you are young and your gender through your CV, so yeah you can even get denied before the interview stage
