The reason why RU can give you heart side effects..

50mg seems to give me palpitations, but 30 to 20 is side effect free for me. the reason why it has some heart palpitations side effect is because if some of it is absorbed systemically it will be in your blood stream

and since no matter how small the dose is some of it is going to be absorbed systemically

and the next station from your blood stream is to your heart and so it binds to the androgenic receptors in your heart which gives you such side effects

RU58841 when applied in small doses it a safe topical anti androgen and is worth it if you don't get any side effect

I have short hair so it is different for me. just use a sprayer and spray into the scalp and rub it

short hair is better since it can be absorbed more properly

if you are roiding probably you want to stop since the roids have a higher binding affinity so it is not similar to Test

or increase your dose but remember the best roid protocol for your hair is to not take it

Nah... that doesn't make sense. RU gives you sides because of the metabolites. your body converts it into metabolites that affect the lungs thats why people report chest tightness and shortness of breath. It has nothing to do with heart. but better to be safe than sorry. keep the dose low, its a very potent anti androgen. 10mg is enough. I dont see a point of going more than 20 tbh

for average hair loss 10-20mg is more than enough to get rid of lingering androgens in the scalp

0 sides after 5 years of use FWIW. after consistent use I notice reduced facial hair growth rate, and small reduction in chest hair among other slight changes relating to DHT, leading me to believe some % goes systemic in the body. nothing like the obliterating body hair effects of dutasteride, and profound mental sides.

I use RU and topical DUT with the intention of getting off oral fin. Not brave enough yet to drop the fin since it is the staple, but soon enough hopefully.

after several days it all faded away and I didn't have any side on 40-50mg till now
