I have shit formatting so the dnr rate will be high
HGH is shit, we only pin it so it stimulates the IGF-1 in our bodies that has the binding proteins or whatever that makes it affect bones
IGF-1 LR3 (the injectable version of IGF-1 essentially) does not have this hence why it’s dogshit
When a chad pins HGH, the half-life (how long its in the body for) is 2-3 hours, meaning if u were to pin 3IU, half of it will be gone by hour 3.
This is a literal anabolic window, as hgh requires insulin and a great variety amino acids to properly stimulate IGF-1, if this is not met you are essentially wasting money.
I suspect users like @MyDreamIsToBe183CM, who is a user pinning pharma HGH and not noticing a fucking molecule of growth, most likely pins on an empty stomach, or eats a pack of skittles during the active window. This would result in a poor stimulation of IGF-1
If you want great IGF-1 stimulation, you must consume foods that have an immense amino acid profile, lean beef, whey protein shakes, eggs shit like that, and you must consume the most fast acting carbs on the planet to spike insulin (just consume multiple tablespoons of sugar) and
