The reason MTNs give this kind of advice is because it actually is helpful for them.

If you're at least average, any max will push you up in your own range

Also, normies think that confidence comes from your mindset (which technically does since it can help you ascend), but fail to realize that it is looks that was the problem when they had the most confidence approaching women or even just new people in general.

most of them say the same advice all the time. they can easily make a 13 minute video with all these cool edits and just say 3 lines worth of advice. yea you are right on it only helping average/above average. i'm just saying thats how these content creators get their audience
