- Personally another one I'd love to bite at is carnivore dieters and Vince gironda antics. Vince Gironda believed nutrition could give superior results than steroids and that roids created ugly physiques(ironic since all of his clients are roided to the gills and in his book, he used roiders to promote his beliefs). Carnivore diet advocates cause far more harm than good. I remember Pretty boy claiming you can get jon skywalkers physique by going low carb. Let's just take a look at this picture to prove carnivore diet isn't nearly as efficient as it's believers say.this is Shawn Baker, the godfather of the diet and he claims no carbs, no steroids, no trt, all natty and it's just carnivore diet. He is 6'5 246 lbs @ quite a low body fat%(id say 10%, but could be higher even dexa is inaccurate). He is literally BIGGER than Arnold in his prime. In fact he is almost the size of Dwayne Johnson, Bradley Martyn, and Mike O'Hearn, both of whom can make ifbb pros like Phil Heath look small. This leads to the question. If carnivore diet could make you more muscular than ifbb pros like Arnold and bigger than Phil heath, why even bother with steroids? Case closed. How would Vince Gironda even know 36 eggs a day did anything, when every man he trained was roided to the gills?
