it doesn't give an insight on how good or intelligent or knowledgeable of a user your are. the only thing that determines your rep ratio is how much of a jester/repfarmer you are. this defeats the whole purpose of the rep system in the first place (filtering out all of the shit users)

There should be an algorithm
Where the more reps you give in a time period, the less the value of your rep matters

Not that if you never give a rep it will reach an insane height, but it caps out to refresh daily or something at max
