So basically people who isolate themselves over time become scared or feel very uncomofortable with opther people

but not Ramirez instead of turning high inhib from so little human contact he completely lost a ll connection to other people and didn't care about them anymore

even after getting beaten up and abuse in his childhood, most people would turn out to be scared little children but not Ramirez

He turned into a emotionless killer

I dont think even the people that claim to have the worst childhood around you were not exposed to gore like him at a young age and not even gore but his cousin/uncle i dont remember what he was envenoming him with the urge to kill showing him pics of the soldiers he beheaded
Itd be hard to not turn out as a psycho after that

I think choosing to murder can be a major manifestation of being uncomfortable around people. Not mutually exclusive.

And some people who claim to have met Ramirez in prison further claim that he was socially awkward and quiet.

Probably when he killed people he felt in control, he never really had it like his childhood shows
