It's over for me.

I was never aware of the damage braces might cause.
I only saw how once I used the elastic bands to push backwards my upper teeth (maxila) my face changed immediately.

I got into an argument with my orthodontist as she admitted she knew those changes would happen and I refused to go to consult ever since(1 year ago).

I've been assisting multiple orthodontists without a satisfactory result so at this point in time the only thing left to do is stay with them and try to do a reversal by myself...

My zygos area is disappearing as we speak.

I cope thinking that if I use the elastic class III to bring your upper teeth forward (the opposite of what I had done) the situation would improve... It's a bad idea?

After that happened my teeth ended up in a messy position too...
