During the videos that astro sky posted controlling the root of the tounge is the best way to learn and start mewing and because most people cant control the root I have decided to make this forum to get information about it since neither I and many others don't know a single thing about the root of the tounge I just know that you can not do mewing without controlling it and its a good way for you to confirm that you are actually mewing so im speaking to everyone on the website how do you control the root of your tounge or learn how to

To check in youre mewing correctly: say sing hold the "ng", the root of your tongue automatically goes up and it should be there 24/7 pretty much. Make a conscious effort to check its up there, and over time it becomes subconscious
