Tantra simply refers to an over-arching systemic lifestyle that benefits the individual. If you are interested in using eastern words to describe celibacy, the most proper word would be brahmacharya, which would translate to purity of thought and action, among other things.

The frequency of wet dreams is directly proportional to how much lust you indulge in during daytime. A wet dream is essentially a mechanism that expels reproductive fluids that have been prepared for an ejaculation. Arousal triggers this preparation.
