Antibiotics can be used to help treat acne and are usually a first line treatment for severe or chronic cases. They absolutely can help, but if after a few months nothing is changing, then there's really no point being on them.

isn't spf 15 too low, i read somewhere that most dermatologists recommend atleast spf 30+, but i guess you probably live in a country with a colder climate so it makes sense

theres sun like 1/5 times of the year. and even so with only UV rating of 3-4 max

But honestly? Be born with it. You can't change the actual size of your pores. You can make them look smaller but that's about it.
