The seven hermetic principles
    • Law of Correspondence: "As above, so below," meaning there is a correspondence between the macrocosm (the universe) and the microcosm (the individual).
    • Law of Rhythm: The pendulum swing manifests in everything—a cycle of advance and retreat, ebb and flow.
    • Law of Gender: The principle of gender is the principle of creation, found in all things.
