Unsolicited dating advice from boomer simps are the cause of the simp epidemic we have nowadays.
From experience, my boomer dad insist I should chase this Becky who clearly wasn't interested in me by saying that "Just chase her son!", "Just sit next to her and talk to her son!" and "Just be aggressive son!" For context, this Becky did not even bother to talk to me or sit next to me until she was prompted by her parents to do so.
I told my boomer dad straight, women in this era have loads of male attention and they will make their interest obvious if they really like the guy. If she doesn't show any obvious interest, chasing her will be a suicide mission and relegate yourself to be her orbiter, jester and bestie all rolled into one. Worst case scenario is that she will label you as a creep on Tiktok.
Which led me thinking, many simps are born probably because they have been listening to blue-pilled boomers giving outdated dating advice that no longer apply in dating today.
