take low dose accutane 3-4x a week for 2 weeks then start using tazarotene once a week

use a spf everyday and moisturize with hylaraounic acid like its a ritual

youll clear up in 2-4 months as well as have your nose shrunk by accutane

tazarotene , 10x better for hyperpigmentation , scarring and anti aging. However tretnoin is good enough.

both are quite harsh and will require SPF, this is mandatory.

tazarotene is much stronger than tretinoin, stronger the better, so i recommend that, but make sure you apply this shit properly and actually know what you're doing, based on your routine plan right now im guessing you don't so please do research and ask around

If you're microneedling at home twice a week then you're not stimulating collagen.

Get a really hydrating moistueriser and a high spf, taz is really tough in the beginning and dries out the skin and also makes you more photosensitive
