Also they’ve been very pro Ukraine. I understand why and I’m not a fan of Putin but I can see why he is invading Ukraine. i think the jews really didn‘t do themselves a favor with their goal to destroy nationalism in the west by flooding it with immigrants, who come from U.S. instigated war torn countries and look through the western propaganda and expose the hypocrisy to the rest of their brainwashed native population.

And as you say Aljazeers does an o.k. Job at covering regional wars in the arab world, but always side with the U.S. stand point when it comes to the global big players.

It’s to do with fitting in. Generally speaking Jews are safer in a diverse society whereby they’re not the only minority which stands out and in fact because they don’t stand out antisemitism decreases. An Arab or a Nigerian is much more visibly non whiter than a Jew so by comparison they’re seen as white and thus safe.

Al Jazeera is not unbiased but we know it’s not. It doesn’t claim to be free for any political spin since it is basically penned by the Qatari government it will follow their line which is currently very western.

Nah, it has to play for all sides and act the double game. Qatar is a very tiny country, the only reason they are not constantly harassed like Iran is because they have the biggest US base in the ME and are constantly playing that double game. Qatar has a strange story, the grandfather of the current ruler made a coup d'etat and told the americans he was open to make ties with Israel (First arab gulf country, back in the 80s or 90s) if they allowed him to keep in power.

But the current ruler of Qatar is a muslim and very anti Israel. He is probably the biggest financer of muslim sunni movements in the world. The best thing he could do was that alliance with Turkey to cover his back against UAE, Saudi and other rivals.

The other gulf countries don't play double games, they are simply anti Islam pro western like Saudi since MBS and UAE. And the others like Kuwait just don't gamble much and try to not disturb much the american interests. You gotta give credit to current Qatari leadership because they are playing with their skin to promote Islam.

It's pretty impressive how the democratic republic of afghanistan still managed to fight after the soviet withdrawal and collapse of the USSR, they even inflicted full blowb defeats to the mujahideens.
