Arab nose + tier 1 on fitzpatrick scale = you won't be seen as white

extremely caucasian nose + 2.5 on fitzpatrick = will be seen as white (especially if you have a western accent)

There definitively are white spaniards, not everybody there is MENA brown. My spanish teacher was from Madrid and she's a blue eyed blonde

Completely agree one thing I think to be a huge indicator of being white is the jaw angularity

mine looks pretty ethnic but it also may be that im not lean

as you can see my jaw for some reason just looks ethnic it's not as define as id see in a white jaw and it looks more like a V instead of a U
