As usually now there isnt anything new left about this subject that it wasnt wrote about on this forum. But at the same time maybe some of you doesnt know every information regarding this subject.
So... i thought about making a summary guide of all the infos need to know about improving ones hormones.
Lets start...
• First:
>Get bloods to check Insulin:Adrenalin
>Check for Testosterone,Prolactin,Estrogen
>Gene test - 23andme
>Thyroid check
• What kills your T,Dht,Androgens:
1. Sedentary lifestyle
2. <6h sleep
3. No sun
4. Masturbation
5. Sugar intake
6. Xenoestrogens(parabens,glycols,sulfates)
7. Phytoestrogens
8. Not enough fats
• How to avoid phyto/xeno-estrogens:
Use Natural shampoo
Use Natural soap
Use Herbal toothpaste
Use farms to buy your meat,diary,greens
Avoid mass-produced meats and diary
Avoid soy,flax,sunflower seed/oil,peanuts,tofu etc.
Avoid beer by any means
Avoid canned and packaged food (except tuna&olives)
Avoid plastic
