Hi !
As usually now there isnt anything new left about this subject that it wasnt wrote about on this forum. But at the same time maybe some of you doesnt know every information regarding this subject.
So... i thought about making a summary guide of all the infos need to know about improving ones hormones.

Lets start...

•Hormones•

First:
>
Get bloods to check Insulin:Adrenalin
>Check for Testosterone,Prolactin,Estrogen
>Gene test - 23andme
>Thyroid check

What kills your T,Dht,Androgens:
1. Sedentary lifestyle
2. <6h sleep
3. No sun
4. Masturbation
5. Sugar intake
6. Xenoestrogens(parabens,glycols,sulfates)
7. Phytoestrogens
8. Not enough fats

• How to avoid phyto/xeno-estrogens:
Use Natural shampoo
Use Natural soap
Use Herbal toothpaste

Good thread IMO, lots of good info.

But the topic is so vast and complex, that we should do separate threads for each hormone or category, like Test, Estrogen, DHT, Prolactin,etc,...,

because there's just so much info, too much info, to do the 3 D's of,

If your diet is in check you will take 200mcg k2 from meals regardless(its not bad supplement it tho)
Also if you already avoiding E inducing foods and you have a good lifestyle, good nutrition i dont see the need for OPC. Boron is also legit for other things too(test increase also) and estradiol is minor and even than you shouldnt worry since you avoid most of bad habits and you may not want crushing your E because that is also bad

For being save mate

Aspirin is very legit for not getting strokes or heart attacks.
Berberine low down blood pressure
Optimen for getting all trace minerals (or have a good diet)
Meditations lower the cortisol therefore low the blood pressure as well
Ginger-garlic-onion-cinnamon-curcumin should be taken in any circumstances since they are legit for lotta things
Creatine for DHT
NAC for not worry about liver problems
Humanofort for lower the bad cholesterol and raising the good one, it will improve your insulin resistance as well

Because so much info is good, but it's like having a wall of knowledge thrown at you, we have to get down to the nitty-gritty, to really start to research, and explain stuff, because it's far from being straightforward.

For example, a recent study found that a greater daily Bisphenol A (BPA) excretion (so equals greater BPA intake ? ) was associated with HIGHER MEASURED FREE TESTOSTERONE LEVELS,

supposedly, because BPA would lower aromatase activity.

Yes man but majority dont even bother doing the basics, let alone digging even further. Maybe guides like this will motivate some to start on a better path and then you can add additional good deeds to the already quality lifestyle for welfare

It's actually worse than that,

most don't bother to even do the basics, because they think they can afford to do so, since they're taking X or Y supplement instead, that "has been shown to increase testosterone by 15% in studies",

so at the same time, they miss out on sleep, and eat like shit, since they "can afford to miss out on a 15% testosterone increase, that I will make up for anyway, by taking said X supplement, so that it's evened out in the end".

But that's not how it works. Priorities guys.

1)Low carbohydrate diet will reduce your testosterone.

"Scientists found a high-carb diet generated higher levels of testosterone and lower levels of cortisol than a low-carb diet over just 10 days. And when combined with intense exercise, low-carb diets actually increased stress hormones and lowered T levels."

Should eat some 150g - 400g (depending on activity rate, less if sedentary and more if very lean and good thyroid function). For optimal thyroid function (T4 to T3 conversion requires liver glycogen).

2)NAC suppresses thyroid, should not be taken for long term, but use it if you have liver, gut or lungs issues etc.

3)Should avoid high intake of polyunsaturated fats, such as nuts, fatty fish, chickpeas since they all increase conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

4)Salmon, mackerel, tuna or any big fish should be avoided because of high metal content. White fish, smaller fish and fish with less fat are better alternatives. Should really limit the intake though due to estrogen, polluted water.

5)WHM. Why would you want to literally force your body to hyperventilate? Hyperventilation deceases cellular oxygenation, hypoxia is like the main cause of cancer.

Nobel Laureate, Dr. Otto Warburg, in his article “The Prime Cause and Prevention of Cancer” (1966) wrote,
“Cancer, above all other diseases, has countless secondary causes. Almost anything can cause cancer. But, even for cancer, there is only one prime cause. The prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen (oxidation of sugar) in normal body cells by fermentation of sugar… In every case, during the cancer development, the oxygen respiration always falls, fermentation appears, and the highly differentiated cells are transformed into fermenting anaerobes, which have lost all their body functions and retain only the now useless property of growth and replication.“

Buteyko method or frolov is better than WHM because both increases blood and lung co2 level which than increases cellular oxygenation due to Bohr effect. https://www.normalbreathing.com/

6)Supplements are a cope, can be allergic, manufacturing could result in high metal accumulation, playing around with supplements can lead to other issues for example high zinc to copper can lead to grey hairs, fungus, low iron etc. Best to get nutrients from foods, liver, oysters, red meat, raw dairy, fruits and starches which you can digest without a endotoxin reaction.

1.
What are carbs good for while cutting? Carbs are a useful macronutrient to cause an insulin spike for whatever reason that may be. Generally , high carb foods are the most insulinogenic. Whilst dieting you will find that your glycogen stores in the liver and skeletal muscle tissue will be somewhat depleted. Carbs have 3 roles.

- To be used as glucose to eventually create ATP for the mitochondria to be immediately used as energy.

- To refill depleted glycogen stores via glycogenesis.

- To be transported to adipose tissue (fat tissue) by insulin where the glucose will be broken down into triglycerides.

Insulin spillover occurs when you eat enough carbs so that they can be used for energy, they fully refill glycogen stores in every skeletal muscle tissue and your liver, so any more carbs you eat will result in insulin transporting the glucose to adipose tissue. As you can tell, this is bad. Insulin spillover is usually a stumbling block for those trying to "bulk". Ditch the mass gainers and all the white rolls and be more intricate with what types of food you consume. You are still dieting when bulking. You have to be meticulous if you want the best possible outcome.

2. NAC's ability is to prevent or cure cholestasis stems from its antioxidant and immunomodulatory properties.
Acetylcysteine serves to increase the glutathione reserves in the body and, together with glutathione, they both directly bind to toxic metabolites. This serves to protect hepatocytes (liver cells) from succumbing to toxicity from Tylenol or cholestasis.
You should not overdose it and it is essential to be accompanied by your testosterone cycle.

3.if you keep an omega 3-6 ratio of 1g(omega3) - 4g(omega6) this will not happen
A positive association was observed between the intake of polyunsaturated fatty acids, particularly of omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, and luteinizing hormone concentrations. In addition, the intake of trans fatty acids was associated with lower total testosterone and calculated free testosterone concentrations (Ptrend = 0.01 and 0.02, respectively). The intake of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids was positively related to testicular volume while the intake of omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids and trans fatty acids was inversely related to testicular volume. These data suggest that fat intake, and particularly intake of omega 3, omega 6, and trans fatty acids, may influence testicular function.
Also i didnt mention "chickpeas" and peanuts are the only ones whom you should avoid

4.Those fish you listed(mackerel, salmon, sardines) have the lowest mercury content
Go for "The Low label" here
Also already i debunked your "estrogen risk" from fatty fish at the point 3. (Get your facts right)

5.Where tf i mentioned hyperventilation? If you refer to HIIT causing this then you're legit brainlet
High-intensity interval exercise training (HIT) is emerging as an effective alternative to current health-related exercise guidelines. Compared with traditional moderate-intensity continuous exercise training, HIT confers equivalent if not indeed superior metabolic, cardiac, and systemic vascular adaptation. Consequently, HIT is being promoted as a more time-efficient and practical approach to optimize health thereby reducing the burden of disease associated with physical inactivity.

6. "Supplements are cope" you are right with this one. Many people think if they will take a certain supplement and not doing anything else on side will make them free of all the problems but.. I wouldn't get caught up with supplementing a whole ton of stuff. Optimizing sleep, diet, lifestyle and most importantly a work/life balance is the most important.
Even what i enlisted there wasnt just about supplements, that isnt what you should focus on, instead try getting the whole picture.
And...yeah you should use cronometer to perfect your diet regarding copper-zinc, potassium-iron and so on... funny how you didnt take in consideration omega 3 - omega 6 ratio too advising people to stop the whole omega 3 rich foods and also stop supplementing it since "supplements are cope"

Nice try greycel jfl

Thinking lifestyle changes affect your testosterone in an appreciable degree enough to bring physiological changes is as coping as a phillipino mom telling her son he'll be over 6ft if he drinks milk and gets 8 hours of sleep. Just inject 500mg of test a week into your ass pussy

that is the best time moron, testosterone doesnt cause growth plate fusion estrogen does thats why girls stop growing taller eariler than boys, as long as your estrogen is in range its fine, the high test combined with ur high natural hgh and igf levels from puberty will put u into a super puverty causing bone changes and changes in muscle cell numbers

If you are willing to risk any of these than yes

""
  1. Chance of decreased endogenous testosterone production. During the developmental phase of the endocrine system, there is a higher chance that your testosterone production could be decreased after only one cycle, causing permanent damage to your hormonal profile. This is not definite, but there is a significantly increased chance of this occurring when injecting at a young age.
  2. Chance of infertility. You do hear about people who blast tren since they were a teenager for decades and still shoot loads like it's nothing, even whilst on cycle. I would by lying though if I told you this was a complete non-factor. Infertility is a low chance possibility when using exogenous testosterone, especially at a young age.
  3. Stunted growth? Honestly, I don't even know about this one. I'm not sure where this rumour came from regarding testosterone leading to stunted growth. Some people say it is due to the increased aromatization (testosterone converting to estrogen), which would be entirely solved with an aromatose inhibitor. Estrogen is responsible for fusing the growth plates. Others say it is from exogenous hormones messing with your endocrine system which somehow has effect on your growth. Bottom line is that I'm really not sure about its effect on height, but I would avoid the drug unless you are happy with your height or your growth plates have fused.
  4. Increased heart size. Cardiac hypertrophy has a 100% chance of happening. This is because your heart is a muscle and high testosterone increases the size of all your muscles

"you wont have any test to convert to dht" wtf are u talking about retard dht is a metabolite of test, the higher ur test the higher ut dht, also you would stay on till your done puberty, who told u cycles have to be 3 months, the us government put young men on 600mg test for 5 months straight and their blood work was perfect, women stay on birth control for years which is also steroids (estrogen progesterone)

Another banger thread my guy. Want to add that P5P will significantly reduce prolactin, which will help during and after a roid cycle.

Also I've been megadosing NAC jfl, I need it to reduce glutamate and to help with my OCD/addictive tendencies.

Yea it's pretty generalized but it's good to have a baseline to work from. Btw I still need your insight on a Memantine protocol...
I will reply in the Phenibut topic in a sec.

I only take two supplements btw, phenibut, and fin in butt.

Okay folks I'm outta here. Forever this time lol.

1) boron will increase estrogen in longer period

2) OPC (grape seed extract) is missing its an aromatase inhibitor

3) if someone takes 5000IU d3 they should also take 200mcg k2 for health reasons
Also berberine lowers igf

Good thread
