The main thing i see is how some companies really treat human life like Ai or robots. This is why this system will fail.

People are waking up to the value of their own consciousness. We as humans due to nature itself deserve the absolute best, as without a hand in the cause of origin, how can we deserve something less than ideal? One stage is recognizing sex differences and truths about sex, another is reorganizing the value and method of currency and switching from something greater than capitalism, the next is automating or making remote all forms of hard labor and burdensome work.

Our main hurdle right now is overcoming humans greed, and how we can satisfy desires without the negative impact of others. The way we look at value and money must shift from numbers economics to value of existence, for example. One of the easiest examples is in a apocalypse where people value other human existences despite the challenges of limited resources. Money and value is unlimited, but when you attach arbitrage value to it, then introduce a medium of exchange that represents this value, you'd have to constantly engage with that medium of exchange in order to ensure it remains valuable enough to be perceived as the medium.

The issue is that this medium is constantly at risk of implosion and explosion, as well as volatility which cause too far of a great impact to people. The reason In short, is that the system of money itself is very flawed and inefficient for a high level of society. People value food because they need it, but we cant keep trading food for food? What if someone isnt a farmer and only has wood. Well, we need wood for fire so thus the bartering system was created based on common interest of value. Money does not work in its current form because money is the medium- not source of value.

Meaning, while you need money, money is not the only way to receive value in reality, which means the value of money can be destabilized because lets say for example, the world has enough or not enough wood, well, the root of value does not come from money, so situations can happen where people with wood don't want to sell it, or people who have too much wood don't want to buy it. The value shifts from money, into the product it can buy. This does not just have to be wood, but also can be all value which money can buy. The value of money vanishes when it fails to be the dream and value we exchange it for. This leads to inflation and another post of economics. You cant say money is work either, which they used to say in the past. Because now, people who do nothing but show their ass or do stupid viral things can get paid more than anyone doing less physical and mentally demanding work- like a supply chain worker.

This is why there was almost no choice but to go digital. Since it reintroduces a form of money in the dress of electricity and not paper or metal. The issue is that, this money is still arbitrary to its value, which should be electricity and power. You also cannot get people to maintain these systems without money. So you need a new system of value based on people, sex differences, and one that minimizes hard burdensome labor through technology funded and operated by electricity that can only be bought or generated by currency. It would essentially take a global effort to where if they decide to remove themselves from all arbitrary forms of money which fails to be the driving force of value. This takes a global effort into automation, ai, robots and practical technological advancements which precede hard labor. And the most important part is that this must be done in a situation where your outcomes are determined by your desire, thus the importance after that full automation shifting from managing culture and desires through sex differences and popular culture.

Also with services that arent fully automated and operated by the improved system, If you want people to show up then pay. Give them a deal thats better than their struggles, such as better benefits to even working there. You can handle tardiness by simply paying overtime to people who cover late shifts. All inconsistencies of human tardiness can be theoretically solved by adding compensation within the systems rules. If someone breaks a rule that affects another, then the person affected should be properly compensated. The latter is punished by simply not gaining the reward for attending, and also by not gaining the compensation. But this layer should be on top of a already automated and low cost-less volatile state of human behavior and currency system.

Sad to see this thread not being taken seriously.

For someone abusing other people is their best form of life. They couldn't get what they have if justice was reached.
