the thing i noticed with average guys

is they either have good midface(eyes nose lips eyebrows)or lower third,facial bone mass etc...anyone else seen this pattern and what would you rather have?i think bone mass is better bc fixing midface is less painful and costly in my opinion.whatchu guys think?
