its a state of mind, it has nothing to do with the outside, thats why theres rich people that are depressed, thats why theres husbands with families and stable jobs that are depressed, because happiness is within, to put it this way, you dont actually care about how you're happy, you just want to be happy, if an all mighty being right now could grant you happiness, lets say it went like this "do you want to be happy" "yes" thats it, you dont actually care what you're gonna be doing when you're happy, because happiness is happiness, no matter what, theres no true blueprint to happiness, its all dependent on you, and you alone, thats why depression is such a big thing today, because they've been brainwashed to think happiness is supposed to look a certain way
