Many people say LL is a joke of a surgery with negative ROI. This is simply not the case.
Assume the only severe failo you have is your height, would it not be optimal to prioritize the weakest link?
"You can just use thicker shoes with lifts for an extra 2-3 inches bro"
LL and shoe lifts are not mutually exclusive retard.
OBVIOUSLY THE MORE EXTREME GAIN YOU GO FOR THE HARDER RECOVERY AND BEING ABLE TO ACHIEVE REGULAR ATHLETIC ABILITY. That is why I am using conservative increases, which will literally not really affect you physically in years after surgery.
If you are average height, LL is the highest ROI surgery you can get.
You can go from average to tall with a simple and extremely conservative (but still extremely painful) 2 inch gain. Obviously if you are in pure manlet territory things start to get really bleak.
5'4 to get to 5'6 or 5'7 is brutal, but objectively you would be treated better by humanity, ideally you would combine shoe lifts to be able to go essentially from 5'4 to 5'10
You would not be getting a premium but you would not be literally brutalized in every aspect of your pathetic existence.
"But LL is extremely expensive bro why not just put that money towards bimax or other facial surgeries"
1.) For face surgeries you have to know what to have work on and what to leave alone, way more serious consideration is required.
2.) LL is not as expensive as people make it seem
Everyone knows there is a height premium, the taller you are the more money you are likely to make. Every extra inch is about 800 extra per year.
This is essentially like a perpetuity.
THE PRICE.
Cheapest to Most Expensive (No shitty unknown surgeon or clinic)
Mangal Parihar- Mumbai, India. LON tibias 5-6cm, all in around 20k USD
Dimitrios Giotikas- Athens, Greece. Gnail Femur 5-8cm, all in around 50-60k
Dr. Paley(the founder)- West Palm Beach, Fl. precise 5-8cm, all in 100k+
The True Price, assuming the height premium average assuming 30 years of career
Parihar $20k -- 5-6cm (2-2.4 inches) x $800/yr = $1,600-1,920/yr x 30 years = $48-58k lifetime premium Pays for itself
GiotikAs $60k -- 5-8cm (2-3.1 inches) x $800/yr = $1,600-2,480/yr x 30 years = $48-74k lifetime premium -- Almost/ basically pays for itself
Paley $100k -- 5-8cm (2-3.1 inches) x $800/yr = $1,600-2,480/yr x 30 years = $48-74k lifetime premium (only really worth it if gigarich)
This is also not accounting for the unquantifiable benefit to your everyday life and confidence.
The cheaper you go the harder the actual recovery will be but the surgery itself has become extremely standardized. The recovery will be harder in cheaper places due to the fact that you will likely be in a shittier country with shittier amenities and physiotherapy.
What you should realistically only worry about is saving enough money in the first place and being able to endure the pain and recovery for a guaranteed better life for you. And if you are not willing to fight and work for a better life then you may as well just give up in life in the first place.
