Once you built your legs you don't have to train them ever again. I did about 2 years of training when I played baseball in college. I got up to 450 on the trap bar deadlift and 340 on squats. That was in 2019-2021. Since then I've never done a leg day, and I still get comments on my "nice legs". Just yesterday someone asked me my leg routine. To this day I can still walk up to a trap bar and deadlift 405.
Leg day sucks anyway, and who wants a fat ass? Also it makes your shoulders look less broad comparatively. Basically if you already have decent sized legs, you can just stop training them. This is the truth. Forget leg day.
