Everything contains truth; for everything that is, well, is. Truth is the label for positive assessment of something that is. The only lie is to say something does not contain truth. This is saying “Do not look thither; it is not real. Now let us move onto my own thoughts…”, and you should see how believing this is rooted in misunderstanding the nature of what is. Even the truth/lie dichotomy within the social realm is to distinguish between intent rather than objectivity. A liar would intend you to believe that their perception is what your perception of their perception is, when this is of course untrue based on the beforementioned reasoning. A nonliar would have no intention of this, but rather he would intend only to translate his perception into communicative energy in order to transfer its information to your consciousness.

Look at something, and think: “What I see is what I see”, and you will think with 100% correctness. Yet if you think: “That is what I see”, your thought is now unclear; what do you mean to mean by “that”? Is “that” referring to your perception only or to your nonperception by extension? For that which is perceived has its own perception of itself, and it might not agree with your own if you were to conflate the two.

"this statement is false"

my view: A statement cannot be false; a statement is what it is. But actually, this "statement" is hardly a statement. IMO it is an incomplete statement. It is claiming falsity of itself yet it itself says nothing. So I perceive it as nothing being imagined as something, and of course this is difficult to do, as one will come to an incorrect conclusion imagining nothing as something.

reminds me of this riddle:

🔹 The Two Doors Riddle 🔹
You stand before two doors. One leads to certain doom, the other to safety. Two guards stand before you—one always tells the truth, the other always lies. You can ask only one question to determine which door leads to safety. What do you ask?

(only ask yes/no or this door/that door questions)
