Most of our parents failed us. It’s not our fault. For those of us really going through it (financially, socially, mentally, romantically) and not just “can’t put P in V”.

Our parents should have set us up with a family business, property, college funds and a healthy social dynamic. At the bare minimum networking with other parents so when you’re in school you already have an established social circle that is not just based on proximity but actual parental connection that allow you to comfortably reach your developmental milestones.

“Dating” as we know it is unnatural and a recent 21st century phenomenon. We were never meant to swipe on random strangers on the internet or risk our social status by asking out a co worker or school crush. For the past hundreds of years before the 21st century our grandparents, great grandparents and ancestors all met through a father vetting out man for his daughter or a mother vetting out a woman for his son. Financial support was passed down through the family lineage via family businesses and property not through get rich quick schemes, education or self help books.

Most of our parents relationship is just your mother settling with an oofy doofy male. Their relationship wasn’t formed by the traditional methods of our forefathers and foremothers that included thorough vetting to ensure the female and male both came from a financially, mentally and socially sound background. Our parents either ignored it or did not care to encourage it and thus all paths leads to where we are now. Lonely, empty, depressed and isolated.

For most of us here we encapsulate the very meaning of “it’s over”.

I will end this thread with a short TikTok that perfectly describes our financial situation but can also be applied to the causes of inceldom.

“You cannot financially literacy your way out of poverty”

And for most of us “You cannot looksmax your way out of inceldom”

Sad Season 1 Episode 1 GIF by NBC

This will be my last thread for this year (will probably fall on deaf ears and have ‘dnr’ replies anyway) since I’m wageslaving full time at an airport and I’m going trade school part time from next week so won’t have enough time here.

Adios amigos, peace out.

Thought provoking thread. It wasn’t over for us, it just never began

I have extreme struggles with even trusting people and socialization, because my parents tormented me with parental child-abuse.

looksmaxxing isn't a concern for me at all. It's having to deal with years of unloaded trauma, never being appreciated/seen/heard even by your own, never having been able to make own decisions.

I was completely destroyed by my parents.

i dont think i know a single person that actually had a proper ideal upbringing, its almost impossible in modern world

My parents brought me up very intellectually, classic literature, but the trade-off is that they expect me to be older than I am, not to apply weight to parties and shit like that.
