First step of this guide is reading @Dickdazzler guide on UEE https://looksmax.org/threads/megaguide-to-reduce-uee.842891/
He gives a lot of great UEE fixing methods without hardmaxxing, and I recommend both applying all of them before this, and alongside this.
Second step is applying this Forbidden Jutsu when all goes to hell and the other shit doesn't work.
2 Things you need to buy here, Q-Tips, and Vollufline
Not sure how out there volufline is to you guys, I really don't see many people talk about it, its literally such a godly serum.
If you aren't familiar with volufline, you're missing out, its a serum that adds volume of fat to wherever its added, reducing wrinkles, and increasing collagen production.
Dip your Q-Tip into the Volufline, allow it to soak, and then shake off the excess into your sink, You want to be precise when you apply the volufline above your eyelids.
This image pulled from his guide is a great representation of where to eyelid pull, but it is ALSO where you want to apply your volufline.
Do NOT fatten your eyelids, you do NOT want fat eyelids, just the area above it. It's the best way to cover up the UEE, instead of being born correct without UEE, you can multiply fat to the brow and have it come down to hide your hideous eye area. If it gets on your eyelids, just wipe it off with a towel. You can apply some in the non-recommended areas if need-be depending on how bad the UEE is, but overall, you should stick to the green area first, and as it comes down over a month or so, experiment with the red.
This is the best option besides just hardmaxxing but I know a lot of you are too pussy or broke to get into that territory so.

you're overestimating tf out of volufiline, that shit took half a year for me to even see good results
