Why tf are so many politicians ugly, and elected in favor of way better looking politicians. Think about the 2019-2020 fucking primaries. Bernie Sanders was dominating for a while, and was the most popular candidate besides Joe Soyden, despite the fact he's subhuman and oldcel. He beat out Beto O'Rourke and Pete Buttigeige, even though the former face and staturemogged him, and the latter facemogged him.

Trump, while tall, is ugly af, and same with Ted Cruz. Despite this they're both very successful politicians.

Additionally, many politicians are oldcel. You may say "Well they're above average for muh oldcel!!!!!". Fucking so? Ugly is ugly, and oldcel is ugly. If an above average moribdly obese person was elected president would that be proof of lookism? Of course not, because obese is already subhuman.

Again, reminder I DO NOT account for stature. Yes, taller people are more successful politicians for sure, and at most places I've worked the managers were above average height.

But enough of this cope that "I looksmax because it helps with career" shit. Wear lifts and build musle for career, looksmax for girls. Keep in mind that millions of Americans follow these people as leaders of their country.

Shit point. Literally one of the first, if not THE first televised presidential debates. Of course looks are going to matter when this is literally the inception of SEEING the debate between two candidates. Looks were more important than anything because this was introduction to society of looks mattering at all.

So yeah, JFK won because he was better looking in the situation where looks mattered for choosing a leader more than any other time ever. Meanwhile people realized after the novelty of Television wore off that looks weren't really that important and went back to choosing presidents the way they did before.

LMAO, Trump isn't ugly by any stretch. In fact he looks pretty good for his age. People who think he is are just going by all the caricature views of him, but he's very tall, idk wtf is going on with his hair but he at least maintains the appearance of having it. He's got good facial ratios, and he's WASPy looking, which is an aspect of looks because many Americans still consider that ideal.

In fact, that he beat out Sanders, O'Rourke, Buttigieg and Cruz is pretty status quo: Sanders is old, bald, with no hansomeness. O'Rourke is not that good looking, he's just young with decent framing and hair and good height, but he actually looks kind of dweeby and beta for what people want in a president. Buttigieg doesn't even count lmao, short and pug faced.

Bloomberg couldn't even touch Trump despite spending hundreds of millions on adstorming and I *KNOW* it had a lot to do with his short stature (looks).

This is no endorsement of Trump, In fact I wish somebody with his kind of stage presence but with Sanders' views would run.
