Real talk, brothers. Bone smashing is all about Wolff’s Law — the principle that bones adapt to stress by growing bigger and stronger.
The only real downsides are the pain and a small risk of nerve damage. The chance of anything truly permanent (like losing movement in your face) is very low if you do it correctly.
Here’s how to do it right and maximize gains while minimizing risks:
Frequency
Don’t do it every day.
Aim for 2–5 sessions per week.
Just like with muscle training — you need rest days so the bones can actually recover and grow.
General Rules for Safe Bone Smashing
You’re not just tapping lightly for 10 minutes — that only causes unnecessary nerve damage with zero benefit.
You need to create actual microfractures, so hit with enough force using a proper object (hammer is ideal; a brick is a last resort).
Push through the pain. It’s going to hurt, but that’s the price of ascension.
Area-Specific Technique
Zygomatics (Cheekbones)
Hit until the area is bruised, very red, and visibly inflamed, then stop. Apply the same intensity as the rest of the face.
Eyebrow Ridge (Supraorbital Ridge)
Use something small and precise — the side of your phone works perfectly.
Strike until the area becomes red and inflamed.
Chin
This is one of the more dangerous spots if done wrong.
Lie back slightly.
Brace the back of your head with your hand.
Hit carefully — never smash normally or you risk brain damage.
Jaw (Mandible)
Similar to the zygos.
Important: Do not flinch while hitting. Keep your head as still as possible for clean, controlled impacts.
That’s it, kings. Follow this properly, stay consistent, and you’ll be on the path to ascending.
Hope you all mog hard and slay every Stacy in 2026. Ts what you should look like after I I'm really fat
